Purchasing, cancellation, and refund policy for workshops or courses?
Policy for purchasing, cancellations, and refunds. It applies to public workshops online or in person. Third-party events at which our organizaiton is speaking or offering master classes will have their own policies.
To pay for a seat in a course or access to course materials, click the “register now” button and use a credit card. Purchase orders aren’t accepted. Please purchase directly by clicking the “register” button and using a credit card.
I can’t attend and want a refund.
Workshops, Classes & Spacial Events are Non-Cancelable/Non-Refundable (NCNR).
I want to attend the same workshop on a different date.
No problem. If there’s still space available in the workshop you want to transfer to, we’ll move you there.
I want a colleague to attend the workshop in my place.
Please let us know . For most workshops, it’s best to make this change at least two weeks before the event so the new participant has a chance to do any necessary prework.
The latest we can transfer your registration to a colleague is one day before the beginning of the workshop. Please give us both your name and email address and the name and email address of your replacement.
I registered but didn’t attend.
Sorry, no refunds are available. You may request to attend workshop on a different date.
Other cancellations and schedule changes
It’s unlikely to happen, but we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to low enrollment, presenter illness, or other circumstances. If the event is rescheduled participants will have the option of attending the rescheduled event or attending any other workshop offered.
If we cancel or reschedule a workshop or other event, we won’t refund your travel, lodging, or meal expenses. We suggest you make refundable travel arrangements.
