  LOUIS (Mid 30’s)   Any Ethnicity [Male]  

An Inner City rough and tumble petty criminal who grew up on the wrong side of St. Louis. His best friend Mike, having been released from prison convinces him to set off on a final score to rob a cartel of drugs in transit.

Louis is the Godfather to Mike’s daughter and his allegiances to his friend and family come in conflict as the stakes get higher.

  DUKE (50-60’s) Any Ethnicity [Male]  

A small town crime boss in St. Louis’s mean streets. Originally hailing from Juarez , Duke’s jingoistic attitude and love of cowboy culture makes him a dangerous self anointed kingpin. With ties to corrupt local officials and roots in Cartel gang life Duke seems an unstoppable presence in operating his drug business. He coerces one of his foot soldiers Mike to pull off a final drug heist for his clan and becomes enmeshed in a series of events with stakes higher then anyone can outrun.

  GARY Bartender (50’s) Any Ethnicity [Male]  

Owner of a local watering hole. Gary is a retired Brit who is friends with Parker. His reassuring charms and good spirit are a positive side to life on the mean streets of St. Louis.

  SHARON (Mid 40’s) Any Ethnicity  [Female]  

Head of the social services office in St. Louis and Parker’s supervisor. She comes into conflict with Parker after an altercation with a co-worker and must Fire him.

  STU (40’s)   Any Ethnicity [Male]  

A social worker in Parker’s office. His irksome sense of humor and constant badgering sets him at odds with Parker. After an altercation Stu gets Parker fired.

  COREY (40’s)   Any Ethnicity  [Female]  

A Barfly who becomes romantically entwined with Parker after meeting at the local watering hole. Corey is a fallen angel someone who has lived past her prime and spends time in one fleeting relationship between bottles of hard drink after another.

  RONNIE (30’s)   Any Ethnicity [Male]  

A local casino croupier in St. Louis. With Dahlia’s husband Mike out of the picture, Ronnie has secretly been carrying on a relationship with Dahlia. Confronted by the return of her husband Ronnie is left to face the consequences.

  OOMPA LOOMPA (40’s)   Any Ethnicity  [Male]  

Duke’s henchman and a waiter in his local Mexican joint. Oompa Loompa as he has been nicknamed because of his size is a vicious foot soldier for Duke’s drug world enterprises.

  ASHLEY (9-11)   Any Ethnicity [Female] 

Dahlia and Mike’s Daughter. Having grown up with her father in prison over the last five years, Ashley is living alone with her Mother as they try to make ends meet. She is at risk with the child social services of being taken away as her Mother has been living an erratic life. Ashley develops a bond with Parker who has been acting as a self elected guardian of sorts.

After his Mother’s tragic death and father’s disappearance, Tommy is left to the foster care system. His relationship with Parker gives him hope in an adult world that has so sorely disappointed him at a young age.

  TERRY THOMPSON (60’s)   Any Ethnicity  [Male] 

A man who ran the local foster care home in St. Louis Parker attended. His apathy from seeing the fallen neighborhood kids has set him hard in his ways. Now a retiree, he spends his days whittling away at the local casino.

  SHORT TEEN (20’s)   Any Ethnicity [Female] [Male] 

An inner city street thug trying to get ahead in the mean streets of St. Louis. After stealing Parkers radio from his car a conflict develops which plays out at the local gas station.

A neighborhood fixture at the local gas station convenience shop. Frankie looks out for the local neighborhood.

One of Parker’s cases. A low life two timing recovering addict on the lam from paying alimony to his ex wife.

  JUAN (CARTEL JR BOSS) (20’s)   Any Ethnicity  [Male] 

A Salvatrucho on the move. Moving drugs through the corridor from Mexico to the US Northeast, Juan is a small time operator. His safe house is held up by Mike and his gang resulting in a shootout to the death.

  DETECTIVE KING (40-50’s)   Any Ethnicity   [Female] [Male] 

A St Louis detective on the hunt to discover what went wrong when a cartel’s drugs go missing and several gang members are killed

  DETECTIVE BACHMAN (30’s)   Any Ethnicity  [Male] 

A St Louis detective. He is investigating the murder of three Cartel members and a missing payload of Heroin bricks. He is a crooked cop with affiliations and payoffs being clocked by the local crime syndicate.
